Shipping Policy

At Mardita Records, we want you to be happy with every purchase. We carefully package and inspect/clean all pre-owned items before dispatch, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. As with most of the physical media that we carry, some pieces are decades old, we play test each item, but results may vary depending on your setup. 

We ship all media in free protective sleeves, labelled with information about the item purchased where applicable.  These labels include the artist, title, date of release, media type, specialty (i.e. signed, colour etc), and the price you bought the product for at time of purchase. Each CD and cassette case are cleaned, discs and shells wiped and packaged in a protective sleeve, with reusable seal, and shipped in bubble wrap. Vinyl records are cleaned and packaged with Lil’ Packaging. 

Order Processing

We try our best to process every order as quickly as possible, and we operate around usual, business days and working hours. Please allow 1-2 days order processing time. We aim to have your order delivered to you within 4 days after this period. If you will be waiting over a week for an order to arrive, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. For pre-orders we aim to have your order delivered to you on the day of release, but there can be unexpected delays. 

If you have ordered to the wrong address, or entered the wrong details, please email info@marditarecords.com to let us amend. We can’t deliver your order on a specific date or time. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During busy periods, releases, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
